2iC Announces Licencing Agreement with Technidrill DVG

2iC Managing Director Gavin McLeod today announced a licencing manufacturing agreement with Nice, France based manufacturer Technidrill  DVG for the production and distribution of the innovative new Ezy-Latch™ and Posi-Connect™ head assembly.

Mr McLeod said "this represents a major coup for 2iC in commercialising the production of our innovative head assembly design. The agreement with a medium sized. well established and respected player like Technidrill is a good fit because it gives 2iC the leverage to access a much broader global market while not getting lost in a big company catalogue. We have had a very good experience in negotiation with Technidrill being able to speak to key decision makers without the bureaucracy of a big multinational corporate structure. We are now looking forward to a long, fruitful and mutually beneficial relationship with Technidrill".

2iC's strategic alliance with Technidrill will bear benefits to both companies by giving 2iC a much bigger reach in the global market place, a bigger range by getting access to Technidrill's range of drilling products and giving Technidrill innovative, unique products to strengthen and diversify it's catalogue.

Pilot production is expected to start shortly with full production to begin in early 2010.
